KY Licensed Pastoral Counselor
Lighted Pathway Counseling Service
Elizabeth Ellis, M.Div., is a Kentucky Licensed Pastoral Counselor.
Her undergraduate degree is from Eastern KY University where she earned a B.S. in
Mathematics and minor in Business, and her Master of Divinity with emphasis in pastoral care and counseling is from Baptist Seminary of KY. The additional requirements to become a Licensed
Pastoral Counselor were completed through the Kentuckiana Pastoral Counseling Consortium.
Elizabeth has had a variety of life experiences working in the corporate world and small
town businesses, serving on a church ministry staff, being married to Bill since 1986, raising three wonderful children (all adults now), and practicing pastoral counseling since 2005. She started
counseling as a student under supervision and developed a free counseling service in Crestwood, KY, which eventually developed into a satellite office of St. Matthews Pastoral Counseling Center.
Since moving to Lexington in 2013, she opened a private practice, Lighted Pathway Counseling Service. Elizabeth recognizes the privilege of walking alongside persons who are seeking healing, and
offering hope and support through faith-based counseling.
